Featuring a twin head cooking system, this grill offers unparalleled versatility: sear steaks to perfection on the infrared burner while simultaneously baking delicate dishes on the conventional side. One side boasts four stainless steel tube burners generating 48,000 BTUs, complemented by two ceramic infrared burners delivering 24,000 BTUs for rapid high-heat searing. Between these, an 8,000 BTU stainless steel tube warming burner ensures even heat distribution. The grill provides 825 square inches of primary cooking area with additional 420 square inches on the stainless steel warming area, totaling 1245 square inches of cooking space. Flame thrower ignition simplifies burner activation. Stainless steel wave cooking grids create Napoleon's distinctive sear lines, while self-cleaning sear plates manage drippings, control flare-ups, and retain food moisture. The Prestige PRO 825 also features an 18,000 BTU stainless steel rear infrared burner for slow cooking with the included rotisserie kit.
